Sanna Lamb, PCCC, is the president of EssenceFinders.com, an International Career Coaching Alliance. She combines a 12-year career in sales, marketing and public relations for companies specializing in health with her passion for the emerging field of Spirituality and Business.

For over a decade, Sanna has been an entrepreneur and Body-Mind Coach. She is a Professionally Certified Career Coach™, teleclass leader and member of the International Coach Federation. She has trained and apprenticed with the Hendricks Institute in Santa Barbara California and is presently working towards the designation of Master Certified Career Coach with Career Coach Institute. Through coaching with Sanna, her clients are able to integrate their material and spiritual lives into careers and businesses that feed their body, soul and bank account.

Philosophy

In every business and cultural setting, easeful and rewarding work exists through Finding Essence—what makes people and organizations unique, strong and successful.  It is the key to evolving yourself and your business, the key to thriving in times of change.

Each of us has an Essence that emerges and calls out more or less strongly for expression at different times in life.  Finding your essence is possible through a deeper understanding of your bodymind connection along with daily practice of basic principles for conscious living/business.

What I most want for my clients is the inner peace that comes from Finding Essence—living and working from their core Self. Gaining clarity on one’s purpose and passion, while sensing the meaning and artistry of one’s life, produces great inner peace along with high-level creativity.

My gift is in guiding people to access their intuition, their essence and their Genius Work—what they do best. I coach clients to create breakthrough discoveries and decisions with intuitive ease, and assist them in developing meaningful, rewarding work by Finding Essence™. I teach clients how to create the inner space of body and mind necessary for receiving inspiration, Awakening Creative Genius™ and sourcing rewarding innovations.

Clients actualize more of their full potential and truth by integrating bodymind practices and awareness skills into daily life. I coach them in Work as a Spiritual Path™ and New Perspectives on Time™, how to focus on what has value/meaning/measure. I support clients in discovering how to let their Essence—who they truly are—be of service, and how to step up to change while creating from that which is unchanging.

An intercultural upbringing was my first training for Finding Essence—understanding people and circumstances beneath words and appearances.  I learned to develop a fulfilling inner life as well as a highly creative outer life.  My American roots taught me unity within diversity and to reach for the stars. My European roots taught me depth, to value the richness of culture, embodied experience, and to never give up.

Life/work transitions, extensive travel, working abroad, developing businesses in the fields of health and spirituality, served me in learning to identify what’s essential in diverse settings and contexts. I’ve learned from “teachers” of originality, integrity, vision and verve. My friends consider me inspired, devoted, encouraging.

Trading in native New York skyscrapers in pursuit of timeless snow peaks, I treasure the intelligence of nature. I cherish skiing and hiking with my family, world music, writing, painting, communicating from the heart, yoga and other paths to Essence. Fostering bodymind awareness and practical spirituality in business and education are my primary interests.

None of us ever intellectually or spiritually “arrives”—there’s always more to learn and to create.  It’s who we already are, as well as who we can become through what we do, that matters. Expressing one’s innate wisdom is a learning process that’s essential to evolving ourselves, our relationships, our communities, our world.

In the business of owning an adult education center for ten years, I explored numerous forms of personal and professional development. The co-learning model of coaching is the most transformational model I have come across! It is the process of acknowledging and growing our individual and collective qualities—our Essence—that counts and shapes our lives.

My passion is to promote essence-centered careers and business. My approach is to build upon what comes naturally, “the elusive obvious”, and to foster awareness for common ground and creative opportunities.
